This group drafted the Carter administration's Global 2000 document, which calls for global population reduction, and the same apparatus is conducting the civil war in El Salvador as a conscious depopulation project. ‘There is a single theme behind all our work-we must reduce population levels,’ said Thomas Ferguson, the Latin American case officer for the State Department's Office of Population Affairs (OPA). ‘Either they [governments] do it our way, through nice clean methods or they will get the kind of mess that we have in El Salvador, or in Iran, or in Beirut. Population is a political problem. Once population is out of control it requires authoritarian government, even fascism, to reduce it ‘The professionals,’ said Ferguson, ‘aren't interested in lowering population for humanitarian reasons. That sounds nice. We look at resources and environmental constraints. When we look at the track record of the Bu$h administration, if we weren’t aware of preexisting plans, policies and agendas we might conclude George W Bu$h and his cronies are a bunch of inept, bungling, hubris driven individuals cosmically ordained to mess up everything they touch. As plausible as this seems given their history, Bu$h and Co are not cursed with some sort of Midas touch, whereby everything they come in contact with ends in disaster. As strange as this may seem, I am suggesting that what they are doing is deliberate!! Once we discover certain facts like the existence of official government documents like the National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200) - April 1974 which outlines a program for global depopulation we can see how everything and I mean everything: 9-11, the bogus War on Terror, Bu$h’s response to Katrina, the Iraq invasion/occupation, the war in Afghanistan and the pending preemptive attack on Iran are all part of an overarching plan to greatly reduce the number of humans on the planet. Google the National Security Study Memorandum 200. It is part of a plan dubbed Global 2000 designed by obvious psychopaths to come up with ways to decimate the population via wars, disease, policy induced famines, economic chaos and natural resource manipulation and exploitation.
When you read their writings, keep in mind these papers and policy directives were written by the minions and lackeys of the ruling elites to serve as policy guides and benchmarks for their New World Order agenda. To put it bluntly the NWO agenda is sick, it is anti-life and demonstrates an evil genius in the world working against humanity, to enslave us and reduce us to mindless zombies! They view humanity as a “population problem”, “overpopulation” and “a national security threat” which are code words to justify genocide on a massive global scale.
“One issue in any global population strategy is the degree of emphasis in allocation of program resources among countries. The options available range from heavy concentration on a few vital large countries to a geographically diverse program essentially involving all countries willing to accept such assistance. All agencies believe the following policy provides the proper overall balance. In order to assist the development of major countries and to maximize progress toward population stability, primary emphasis would be placed on the largest and fastest growing developing countries where the imbalance between growing numbers and development potential most seriously risks instability, unrest, and international tensions. These countries are: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, The Philippines, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Ethiopia, and Colombia. Out of a total 73.3 million worldwide average increase in population from 1970-75 these countries contributed 34.3 million or 47%. This group of priority countries includes some with virtually no government interest in family planning and others with active government family planning programs which require and would welcome enlarged technical and financial assistance. These countries should be given the highest priority within AID's population program in terms of resource allocations and/or leadership efforts to encourage action by other donors and organizations.”
Keep in mind that was written in 1974. The ruling elites have since amended their plans and are aggressively executing a multi-pronged approach using civil and regional wars instigated by the West (Europeans), pandemic diseases, famine and Neo-colonial economic strangulation programs by the IMF, World Bank and US-AID (also known as globalization also see Confessions of and Economic Hit Man by John Perkins) in “under developed” nations. However they are also aggressively moving to undermine the standard of living in developed nations like the US. “Poor people living in third-world countries are not the only victims of the so-called new world order. The most disturbing parallel between the United States and the Third World is that massive wealth transfers from the third world poor to the first-world rich have a domestic counterpart. During the 1980s there was a dramatic shift in wealth from poor and working-class Americans to U.S. elites. This upward redistribution of wealth was accompanied by a radical shift in relative wealth and economic power from the United States to Japan and Western Europe. The ascendancy of the US to a position on unipolar military dominance (or at least in the ruling elites’ depraved minds) also makes their depopulation strategy easier to actualize. The Shock and Awe of the US pre-emptive and illegal invasion of Iraq was the cause of over 600,000 (and counting) Iraqi deaths! The US recently killed some innocent Somalian nomads in a raid against their global bogey men al Qaeda which as most folks know was the creation of the US CIA and a hard core group of Saudi Arabian religious fanatics. Osama bin-Laden and al Qaeda are merely the enemy de jure that replaced global communism as the major national security threat. al Qaeda is the reason for a permanent US war footing so they can wage their bogus “War on Global Terrorism” which feeds and rationalizes the obscene military spending that sustains the US military industrial complex. The money being wasted on this sham war is being borrowed from foreign banks. The interest the US is forced to pay for these loans is being diverted from domestic programs such as health are, education and infrastructural improvements that would benefit the public, but the ruling elites could care less! So much the better, it means more privation, suffering and death here in AmeriKKKa.
In fact, the US is planning to initiate additional resource wars around the world, in places like Somalia, under the guise of their ongoing War on Terror. These resource wars are designed to control and expropriate the mineral wealth of developing nations. The wars will result in the deaths of millions of indigenous people. But to the ruling elites their deaths, the devastation and their suffering are merely “collateral damage”. Once you understand the real agenda, you realize it all makes sense. It is all part of an overarching bi-partisan plan of global genocide, just like their genocide against the Native Americans and all other aboriginal people around the globe! This is evil genius and barbarism at its highest.

The ruling elites are able to pull this off without serious opposition by brainwashing the public through fear. Keep the yahoos distracted and fearful and they can do pretty much whatever the elites please. The latest “threat” is WMD in Iran. So what if Iran has nuclear weapons, even if they wanted to and they don’t, they have no way to attack the US with nuclear weapons. It’s all part of the psychological warfare hype to justify permanent war, death and destruction. This time its Arabs and Muslims the US is targeting. Keep in mind the US is the only nation that has actually unleashed nuclear weapons on civilians (Nagasaki and Hiroshima). Uncle Sam’s other partner in crime Israel, is the most militarily aggressive nation in the region. Israel has a massive nuclear arsenal but whines about countries like Iraq and Iran posing a threat to them! The fact is neither Iraq nor Iran has invaded nor attacked Israel. But Israel attacked Iraq without provocation in 1981 using US made F-15 and F-16 fighters and bombers to take out Iraq’s nuclear reactor in Osirak. Claims by Israel that Iraq and Iran are threats to their “security” are utter nonsense. The fact is, Israel is pushing for a pre-emptive attack on Iran as part of their plan to wipe out thousands if not millions of their Arab and Muslim neighbors. When you stop to think about it, Israel’s genocidal plans coincide perfectly with the Global 2000 depopulation plans of the US ruling elites. Food for thought.
