I am a proponent of a strong immune
system and I believe in the innate power/ability to protect and heal ourselves that
resides within us, through our own immune system. It is our responsibility to
support it by doing the basic activities like getting proper rest, (sleep
rejuvenates us, it allows the body to mend and restore our equilibrium, and
provides a means for our higher self to communicate to us through dreams). We
are not powerless, far from it; in fact we have so much power, that the ruling
class spends billions to keep us ignorant of it.
We empower ourselves by cultivating good nutritional habits,
eating natural healthy greens, vegetables, fruits, legumes and nuts. We stay
strong by avoiding excess stimulants like caffeine, nicotine, alcohol and
drugs; and most importantly by being mindful, being aware of our thoughts and
feelings. We have to learn to substitute negative ideation with uplifting,
inspiring, wholesome thoughts and feelings about ourselves, others and life in
general! Take back your power, empower yourself as a
sovereign being, a Son or Daughter of THE MOST HIGH, cultivate self-mastery and
self-control so others cannot influence you, manipulate you or dupe you!
The pharmaceutical companies are
spending millions to convince you to trust them and their new vaccines when in
fact, you have every right to be skeptical and hesitant about taking them. The
ruling class is plotting to use the same techniques, media and mind control processes
they used to get us to go along with the bogus Global War on Terror to lessen
what they call vaccine hesitancy.
The World Health Organization hired the PR firm Hill and
Knowlton to manage their COVID messaging. In case you are unaware Hill and Knowlton is
the company that created the fake story and false testimony, conducted at a
staged hearing by a fake “Kuwaiti nurse” who said she witnessed Iraqi soldiers barge
into a Kuwaiti hospital neonatal nursery unit and kill babies by snatching them
from the incubators, throwing them on the floor and watching them die. It turns
out the “nurse” was the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador to the US and her
story was a total fabrication; it was part of a vicious psy-op/propaganda
campaign to gin up support for the first US Gulf War!

COVID vaccines are based on new technologies called messenger ribonucleic acid
or mRNA. What is mRNA? I’m glad you asked. “RNA vaccines use a different
approach that takes advantage of the process that cells use to make proteins:
cells use DNA as the template to make messenger RNA (mRNA) molecules, which are
then translated to build proteins. An RNA vaccine consists of an mRNA strand
that codes for a disease-specific antigen. Once the mRNA strand in the vaccine
is inside the body’s cells, the cells use the genetic information to produce
the antigen. This antigen is then displayed on the cell surface, where it is
recognised by the immune system…RNA vaccines can be delivered using a number of

The problem for me is these vaccines have skipped the normal trial, testing and
review protocols. Remember the companies making these concoctions are indemnified
meaning they will be held blameless if and when their vaccines cause harm or
damage, a possibility given this is new and untested technology.
These vaccines will manipulate your body’s DNA! What could

compensate their victims was a major reason for the public’s mistrust and loathing

emergency and 190 countries reacted by imposing draconian measures that totally

We need to pause, take this all in
and think about our options. Vaccines are a fact of life but they are not the
end all to promote optimum health. Our immune system protects us from billions
of pathogens, bacteria, parasites and foreign microbes every second of every day
whether we are asleep or awake. Why aren’t “the experts” promoting ways to
enhance our overall well being and our immune systems? Because that is a natural
process and there is no money in that!
Contrary to popular myth, vaccines
do not prevent disease. At best a vaccine triggers a response from our immune
system to create antibodies that will attack the dead or weakened injected
material and neutralize it thus preparing our body for the live version of the
pathogen, bacteria or microbe should it infect our body!
The best solutions for promoting
optimal health are: practicing good hygiene, moderate exercise, getting plenty
of natural sunshine, eating nutritious foods, proper hydration and rest. There

The French

simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize”. By that reckoning the
technocrats, the “medical experts”, media talking heads and government
functionaries rule over us. When Bill and Melinda Gates, Johns Hopkins
University Center for Health Security, Warren Buffett and the World Economic

recommendations and action items on how to deal with such a pandemic in real

One of their seven recommendations
was about information control and censorship. They didn’t use the words censorship,

greater priority to developing methods to combat mis- and disinformation prior
to the next pandemic response. Governments will need to
partner with traditional and social media companies to research and develop

This is
what we are experiencing now in real time the blatant suppression of
alternative facts and information about the COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2 scenario. The
corporate media, the monopoly digital platforms like Facebook, Google, Twitter,
Amazon, Apple are the primary agents attempting to control the narrative, keep
the fear and hysteria going, marginalize and suppress any alternatives or dissent
to their COVID narrative. They cunningly use Websites like Snopes and Fact
Checker (which is financially supported by Bill Gates) to discredit what they
call “conspiracy theories” and misinformation that dares to question their official
narrative. Interestingly this is very similar to what happened to anyone who
was skeptical about the Warren Commission Report on the assassination of JFK or
the 9-11 narrative.

are extremely unreliable and because most of the information we are getting

whom have been planning and simulating pandemics for at least the past twenty

The 2020 presidential election,
contrary to what the corporate and digital media conglomerates told us, is not

for details of the full process) Donald Trump is well within his full rights to
contest the election results. It’s his choice to either accept the results or
contest them.
We have been conditioned to have
short memories. Most of us have forgotten that the 2000 presidential election dragged
on for thirty-six days after the November 7th election date until
the US Supreme Court stepped in, ordered the vote recount in the state of
Florida stopped thereby giving the state’s 26 electoral votes and the
presidency to George W Bu$h the older brother of the then governor of Florida
Jeb Bu$h!
Trump like Al Gore has filed
lawsuits to challenge the vote but unlike Gore Trump is alleging full spectrum election
fraud and vote manipulation. Whether or not he will prevail is uncertain; but
we should not allow the media to abrogate nor undermine the full election
process. We need to rethink opinion polls, exit polls and the media’s role in
our perceptions of reality. To me they play too large a role but add nothing of
substance to the process. We should think for ourselves and make up our own minds
about what is or not in our best interests!
In the 2000 presidential election the media originally called Florida for Al Gore but
they were forced to retract and ultimately called the state for George W. Bu$h.
The 2000 presidential election was a tightly contested race there were several
swings in the polls back and forth from one candidate to the other during the campaign.
But in the end it came down to not the voters but the lawyers, lawsuits and
court rulings.
After the election with the Florida vote count in
question there was intense media coverage of the squabbling, partisan
infighting and vote recounting. The election wasn’t decided until the US
Supreme Court subsequently gave the state to Bu$h which pushed him to the 270
Electoral College votes needed to secure the presidency. Prior to that the
fight went to the Florida
state supreme court but their decision was overturned by the US Supreme Court.
Keep in mind just like now the
country was deeply divided along partisan lines. Bu$h’s presidency was marked
by animosity and Bu$h was viewed as illegitimate by many Americans. Many people
were angry at Ralph Nader for running as a third party candidate. Many felt he
was the spoiler who drew votes from the two major party candidates thus preventing
a clear winner.
It took 9-11 for Bu$h to be seen and accepted as the Commander In Chief
although he never received the total loyalty and support of the nation due to
his personal arrogance and fascist policies.
Don’t forget the election of 1876
also resulted in a protracted partisan fight until the Republicans made a deal
to win the presidency that sold Blacks out by agreeing to withdraw the last
troops from the South which opened the door to a century of terror racial oppression
and violence against Blacks! We should never forget that and learn a key lesson
from it, never place all our hopes in one political party or the political
system itself for that matter!
So this election is not over yet,
the whole process has not been completed. Whether you favor Trump or Biden the
process has to play itself out and we have to be patient. Remember do not put
your faith in one man/woman or political party. We’ve been down that road
several times before and it hasn’t turned out well for us.

2020 has truly been an unusual
year, a year highlighted by the COVID-19 virus spurring unprecedented and
unscientific attempts to mitigate the contagion and governmental overreach both
of which have decimated the economy and elevated peoples’ stress levels. The media
induced hysteria over COVID has engendered soaring stress levels and mental
breakdowns exacerbated by a contentious political system that featured extreme
partisan squabbling, legislative gridlock and a divisive election process as
massive demonstrations against the government lockdowns and police brutality
sparked civil unrest and riots.
Looking at 2020 there are certainly
things that make you shake your head and wonder what is really going on. Some
of this makes no sense whatsoever. For example elected officials shut down the global
economy, forced us into medial house arrest, quarantining healthy people,
creating social isolation, socio-economic disruption and despair; then told us
the only way things would ever return to normal was if and when a virus was
created. These hacks and quacks never ever entertained the use of natural
remedies like herbs like Echinacea, Ginger, Garlic, Elderberry, vitamins and
minerals like Vitamins D, C, Zinc or even fresh air and moderate outdoor
exercise.
The powers that be shut everything
down, prevented us from attending religious services, school, businesses, weddings,
funerals and other social gatherings yet they allowed demonstrations, rallies
and riots to go unchecked with no observances of social distancing or even
wearing masks. Doesn’t that seem a bit odd to you?
The other major anomaly with this
situation is, scientists and “public health officials” got it completely wrong.
Their paid medical mathematicians with their sophisticated algorithms predicted
2.2 million people would die in the US
from COVID and 500,000 in the UK.
No one checked Neil Ferguson’s accuracy record (which was abysmal) and guess
what, US and UK
deaths have been nowhere near that high.
To make matters worse these same experts
failed to follow the normal process of isolating and identifying a virus so it
can be studied then neutralized. This process is called Koch’s Postulates.
Koch’s Postulates uniformly specify: the bacteria
must be present in every case of the disease. The bacteria must be isolated
from the host with the disease and grown in pure culture. The specific disease
must be reproduced when a pure culture of the bacteria is inoculated into a
healthy susceptible host. The bacteria must be recoverable from the
experimentally infected host.
None of this has been done, and this raises
even more questions but the media is not asking them. How can you test for a
“virus” that has not been adequately defined and isolated? The other thing we
need to know is the RC-CPR test is not a diagnostic tool. It is extremely
unreliable and routinely gives false positives and false negatives and many

US Center for Disease Control and Prevention has stopped counting influenza

I’m not making this up, I have to wonder why?
The mainstream
corporate and digital media did not widely report the CDC recently admitted
only 6% of the deaths they reported thus far were from COVID alone, the other
94% were due to chronic or acute co-morbidities! Wonder how they missed that
one? Here’s another fact the corporate media that is hugely dependent upon Big
Pharma for advertising revenue for survival never reported, “It is
important to remember that most of the deaths in the U.S. attributed to COVID have
occurred among those over 70 years old, with co-morbidity factors. Another
factor to consider is that seniors over 65 in the U.S. get a different flu shot than
everyone else each year, one that is much stronger.
Most of the initial deaths attributed to COVID in early 2020 occurred in
nursing homes or assisted care facilities for the elderly, where the flu
vaccine is routinely given every year as a matter of policy. Deaths in these
facilities are common every year just after administering the flu vaccine, but

Since the CDC is no longer counting
influenza numbers and deaths, could the much touted “Second Wave” of COVID
actually be a combination of the common cold and influenza that usually pop up
during the fall and winter seasons and they don’t want us to know the spike in
“COVID numbers” is really not COVID at all? Will the US
be shut down like we are seeing in Europe where the UK,
Ireland, France, Spain and others are reinstituting
COVID lockdowns. What impact with this have on the global economy?
Lastly why do we keep listening to people like
Bill Gates who is not a physician? Why do we believe people who have a proven
track record of not getting it right, people like Dr Anthony Fauci who first
gained fame promoting HIV vaccines for healthy heterosexuals and people like
Neil Ferguson whose mad cow disease, bird flu, swine flu and COVID fatality
predictions were all so off he should be prosecuted given all the harm and
damage his predictions caused around the world!
No matter what, there is definitely more to
this than meets the eye, things that make you wonder what is really going on?

We are
approaching an extremely important election on November 3, 2020. In many
locales you will have the opportunity to vote for Presidential candidates, US
Senators, Congresspersons, state senators, governors, attorney generals,
judges, sheriffs, state and local legislators, school board members (and often
school budgets) county officials and commissioners. This is an awesome
responsibility. We should take full advantage of it.
Yes there
are valid arguments about the wretchedness of the state of US politics and the
mediocrity of many of the candidates, but there are very essential reasons we
still should vote. By registering to vote and voting you are on the rolls and are
eligible to serve on a jury. This is important because throughout the history of
this country African-Americans were forbidden to serve on juries or in many
cases even testify in court! We can argue whether the court system was
originally created or intended to provide justice for Africans in America
in the first place.
That was then, this is now. It took
a protracted struggle to change this situation. We cannot sleep on this. We are
living during a time we cannot afford to abdicate our social and political
responsibilities. We need to put ourselves in a position to participate and
have input into the system.
By registering and voting we become
potential jurors. Many prosecutors routinely strike Blacks from jury pools.
This is all the more reason we need to have access to the system. In civil
trials, tort cases, lawsuits and disputes we at least want to have the
opportunity to have someone who looks like us, who has had similar experiences
in the jury pool whether the case is criminal or civil. Better yet if we have a
judge, a hearing master or arbitrator who looks like us we can have more
confidence the process is fair. This can only happen if we register and vote.
A politician once said all politics
is local. It is critical we vote for local candidates and local issues. Offices
like Mayor, Sheriff, District Attorney, council, treasurer, school board and
commissioners impact our day to day living. Their platforms and policies will
have a major impact on the quality of life in your town and many facets of our personal
lives.
Yes money plays a huge role in
politics today and those with money certainly do exert an undo influence on the
government; nonetheless we still have to vote in the local elections to get
more of our people involved and elected to local offices. By voting and participating
in the process we let politicians know what we want and the direction we want
to see our communities move towards.
I know US politics are far from ideal and
often disheartening, nevertheless we have a responsibility to push and work to
reform and transform the system so it works for the greatest number of
citizens. We have to accept what is, then work to transform the system through
our input.
Remember through our input during
the Reconstruction period, public education spread throughout the South
benefiting and uplifting Blacks and whites on levels never seen before. It was
Black involvement and engagement that made the difference, which is why the
deposed Southern planters and financial oligarchs connived and conspired to
take it away and return to pre-Civil War status.
We have an obligation to ourselves,
our ancestors and our progeny to make things better. If we don’t who will? In
many ways, our schools are just as unequal today as they were pre-Brown v
Topeka Board of Education. If we don’t make this an critical issue who will?
The political process requires committed
involvement and engagement. Voting is not enough, we have to be informed about
the issues, we have to develop solutions and the ways and means to resolve the challenges
and make things better. We cannot sit back, passively waiting for our elected
officials to do it by themselves. They need our input, suggestions and being
held accountable for their actions or inaction. This can only happen if we get
involved and engaged.
Years ago I served on the planning
board and later the council in the town where I live, rarely did citizens
attend the meetings unless there was a problem, a controversial issue or rumor.
I suspect this is the norm in most places.
The government we get is up to us, especially on the local level. We can
do better. Is there a solution? Yes, participate. Get up, get out and vote!
