Are You Stressed Out?

Are You Stressed Out?

   Junious Ricardo Stanton

“WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Emotionally, the second year of the pandemic was an even tougher year for the world than the first one, according to Gallup's latest annual global update on the negative and positive experiences that people are having each day. As 2021 served up a steady diet of uncertainty, the world became a slightly sadder, more worried and more stressed-out place than it was the year before -- which helped push Gallup's Negative Experience Index to yet another new high of 33 in 2021.” World Unhappier, More Stressed out Than Ever Before  https://news.gallup.com/poll/394025/world-unhappier-stressed-ever.aspx

A recent Gallup Poll revealed people around the world are feeling more stressed out, sad, unhappy and worried than ever before. The poll whose samples were from around the world indicates people are having more negative experiences than positive ones; people are less well rested and experiencing less enjoyment in their lives. https://news.gallup.com/poll/394025/world-unhappier-stressed-ever.aspx

This is alarming because it is a precursor to widespread health challenges, emotional imbalance and psychological disorders. At the core of their concerns were the COVID crisis and the government’s concomitant public policies. The 2022 Gallup Poll survey had this to say about the results: “Last year, roughly seven in 10 people worldwide said they felt well-rested (69%), experienced a lot of enjoyment (70%), or smiled or laughed a lot (72%). Nearly nine in 10 felt treated with respect (86%). People were far less likely, as they are typically, to say they learned or did something interesting the day before the interview; in 2021, half of the world (50%) experienced this. With more people dying from the coronavirus in 2021 than the previous year despite the rollout of vaccines, people felt less well-rested, and fewer derived enjoyment from the previous day. The percentage who said they felt well‑rested dropped three points, and the percentage who experienced a lot of enjoyment dropped two.” https://news.gallup.com/poll/394025/world-unhappier-stressed-ever.aspx

In a nutshell the world is in a funk, depression and sadness are on the rise and this in turn is impacting the health and wellbeing of society. The stresses of living in a fear based environment (exacerbated by COVID fear mongering, threats of war, economic instability etc.) like the one we are currently experiencing are unhealthy. “The body's stress response system is usually self-limiting. Once a perceived threat has passed, hormone levels return to normal. As adrenaline and cortisol levels drop, your heart rate and blood pressure return to baseline levels, and other systems resume their regular activities.

But when stressors are always present and you constantly feel under attack, that fight-or-flight reaction stays turned on. The long-term activation of the stress response system and the overexposure to cortisol and other stress hormones that follows can disrupt almost all your body's processes. This puts you at increased risk of many health problems, including: anxiety, depression, digestive problems, headaches, muscle tension and pain, heart disease, heart attack, high blood pressure and stroke, sleep problems, weight gain, memory and concentration impairment ” https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/stress-management/in-depth/stress/

The globalists cabal hell bent on controlling the world knew this would happen when they launched their 24/7/365 fear mongering campaign to make us think COVID-19 was the plague. The Davos miscreants https://www.weforum.org/about/leadership-and-governance whose political, governmental, economic and academic influence is staggering are one of the main drivers of the COVID hysteria. In fact they even planned a similar scenario called Event 201 months before rolling the COVID campaign out. https://www.centerforhealthsecurity.org/event201/  These psychopaths want us to be full of fear, anxious, emotionally and psychologically traumatized because it makes it easier for them to control us.

That being said, what can we do about lowering our stress responses and turning distress into eustress (the good kind of stress)? We are not powerless, we have the ability to control our mind, our thoughts and our emotions. We can do it by employing specific breathing techniques, meditation, prayer and by not awfulizing our daily situations. World events are beyond our control for the most part but our here and now are within our control. Here is what the Mayo Clinic has to say about reducing or transmuting stress: Stressful events are facts of life. And you may not be able to change your current situation. But you can take steps to manage the impact these events have on you.You can learn to identify what causes you stress and how to take care of yourself physically and emotionally in the face of stressful situations. Stress management strategies include: eating a healthy diet, getting regular exercise and getting plenty of sleep, practicing relaxation techniques such as yoga, deep breathing, massage or meditation, keeping a journal and writing about your thoughts or what you're grateful for in your life, taking time for hobbies, such as reading, listening to music, or watching your favorite show or movie, fostering healthy friendships and talking with friends and family, having a sense of humor and finding ways to include humor and laughter in your life, such as watching funny movies or looking at joke websites, volunteering in your community, organizing and prioritizing what you need to accomplish at home and work and removing tasks that aren't necessary, seeking professional counseling, which can help you develop specific coping strategies to manage stress, and avoid unhealthy ways of managing your stress, such as using alcohol, tobacco, drugs or excess food.” https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/stress-management/in-depth/stress/

All these things are doable and they don’t cost a lot of money. Pick a few and try them  every day for a month every and see what happens; it could save your life!

Understanding Propaganda Part 1

Understanding Propaganda Part 1

Junious Ricardo Stanton

“The white man is a great propagandist. He realizes fully and completely the value of propaganda. You must therefore organize our propaganda to undo the propaganda of other people, if their propaganda affects your interest. The Bible is religious propaganda, the school book is literary propaganda, the novels and books you read are also literary propaganda, all calculated to bring about certain results beneficial to the propagandists.  Never forget then that you are surrounded in a world of propaganda all dressed up or cooped up to suit a doubtful public who is not careful with what it digests as coming from without.” Marcus Garvey Life and Lessons, Lesson Sixteen Propaganda page 890.

Following WWI the ruling classes and their sycophants increased their study and focus on propaganda as a means not only to promote consumerism but also as a means of mass social manipulation. The man whose propaganda techniques make him the most acclaimed man in the field, the father of Pubic Relations and Propaganda, is Edward Bernays (1891-1995).

Bernays was of Jewish heritage and he was the double nephew of Sigmund Freud. Bernays and his family migrated to the US, he attended New York public schools and went to college to study agriculture. After graduation Bernay’s decided to enter the field of writing and journalism.

Bernays came to prominence when he worked for the Creel Committee aka The Committee on Public Information. This was a group of graphic artists, writers, journalists and media persons who helped establish and shape an all pervasive multi-media quasi-government propaganda campaign whose goal was to convince and manipulate a reluctant US public to enter the ongoing European War referred to as World War I.  Needless to say the Creel Committee was hugely successful in their endeavors and many of its members like artist Charles Gibson, writer Walter Lippmann and Edward Bernays who all enjoyed successful careers after the war.

Bernays is credited with developing techniques and strategies for manipulating the public by using some of his uncles’ theories as well as other psychotherapists and psychologists’ ideas and techniques. See the program I did with Catherine Austin Fitts  on Edwward Bernays at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0BTgzHmDowQ&t=16s

In 1928 Bernays published a book entitled Propaganda it became his best known book. Bernays theories, ideas and techniques were used by the Nazis to socially reengineer Germany into a fascist state.  Not only did the Nazis use it, almost all US advertising, public relations firms and propaganda programs utilize Bernays work on one level or another!

For Edward Bernays and men like him propaganda is a tool for control, manipulation and power. Bernays believed the key to mass manipulations was in the ability to influence the conscious and subconscious minds of the subject. Many of his ideas he got from his famous uncle Sigmund Freud. In his book Propaganda he laid out how propaganda took on a new roll during and after WWI. “It was, of course, the astounding success of propaganda during the war that opened the eyes of the intelligent few in all departments of life to the possibilities of regimenting the public mind. The American government and numerous patriotic agencies developed a technique which, to most per[1]sons accustomed to bidding for public acceptance, was new. They not only appealed to the individual by means of every approach—visual, graphic, and auditory—to support the national endeavor, but they also secured the cooperation of the key men in every group —persons whose mere word carried authority to hundreds or thousands or hundreds of thousands of followers. They thus automatically gained the support of fraternal, religious, commercial, patriotic, social and local groups whose members took their opinions from their accustomed leaders and spokesmen, or from the periodical publications which they were accustomed to read and believe. At the same time the manipulators of patriotic opinion made use of the mental cliches and the emotional habits of the public to produce mass reactions against the alleged atrocities, the terror and the tyranny of the enemy. It was only natural, after the war ended, that intelligent persons should ask themselves whether it was not possible to apply a similar technique to the problems of peace. As a matter of fact, the practice of propaganda since the war has assumed very different forms from those prevalent twenty years ago. This new technique may fairly be called the new propaganda. It takes account not merely of the individual, nor even of the mass mind alone, but also and especially of the anatomy of society, with its interlocking group formations and loyalties. It sees the individual not only as a cell in the social organism but as a cell organized into the social unit. Touch a nerve at a sensitive spot and you get an automatic response from certain specific members of the organism.” Edward Bernays, Propaganda pages 27-28.

We’re all targets of propaganda, manipulation and social engineering in ways Edward Bernays never envisioned. Corporations, communications sector and social media giants https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/070815/what-telecommunications-sector.asp and others as well as governments are all heavily engaged in massive propaganda and mind control campaigns designed to create a reality and world view that benefits them, not us. We’ll discuss more about their tactics and techniques in future articles.
